1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Document") apply to the 7u7 bajee platform and all its services. Whenever a person registers on this platform or begins using the service, they are considered to have agreed to all conditions in this document.

Some important terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — The 7u7 bajee website, mobile application and all related digital services.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. The same policy applies if multiple accounts are found within the same household or on the same device.

2.3 Account Verification

To ensure security and verify the legitimacy of financial transactions, 7u7 bajee may verify a user's identity at certain times. This process may require a national ID card or other documents. If verification is not completed, certain activities may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

Each user is responsible for keeping their login details (username and password) confidential. If a third party accesses the account, the user bears that responsibility. If any suspicious activity is noticed, the 7u7 bajee support team must be notified immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

To participate on the 7u7 bajee platform, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Opening or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited.

Documents to prove age may be requested at the time of registration. If it is later found that a user opened an account before the age of 21, all transactions related to that account will be cancelled and deposited funds may be returned.

In addition, the user must confirm that participating in online gaming activities is legally permitted in their area. If you are not certain about your legal situation, you are advised to refrain from participating.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7u7 bajee currently supports deposits and withdrawals through four mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In special circumstances, additional time may be required for verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

If there is an active bonus on the account, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met. If any suspicious activity is detected, the payment team reserves the right to review withdrawal requests.

4.5 Account Matching

The withdrawal method may generally be verified against the deposit method. The user's mobile number must be registered in their own name.

5 Bonus and Promotion Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be completed and the process to claim the bonus must be followed.

Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement 15x). Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Policy

• Only one active bonus may exist on an account at any one time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only funds earned after completing the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 7u7 bajee reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, Friday special offers, slots rewards, birthday gifts and referral rewards — each has its own terms and conditions, which are described in detail on the relevant promotion page. Promotion terms may change.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Integrity Policy

Playing games on the 7u7 bajee platform in an honest and normal manner is mandatory. Using any type of fraudulent technique — such as bot software, gaining an advantage through multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting game glitches — is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any winnings obtained due to a technical error in the server or software may be cancelled. If an incorrect amount is added to an account due to a technical failure, 7u7 bajee reserves the right to reclaim that amount.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

The rules of all game providers — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe — will apply. There may be exceptions for wagering bonuses on specific games, which will be noted in the bonus details.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, match fixing or using match information illegally is prohibited. If any odds change before a match begins, the bet may be counted at the new odds or may be cancelled.

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to close their account themselves may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be given before closure, but any active bonus will be cancelled.

10 Limitation of Liability

7u7 bajee bears no responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by a problem with the user's device or software.

• The user sharing their login details with a third party.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Both parties will always give priority to resolving disputes through mutual agreement.
